Refund Policy

We know you’ve probably had negative experiences with other suppliers, trust us, we feel for you. One thing that sets us apart from competitors is that we actually care for our clients, and we actually keep our word.


We know things can happen. Our services may be delayed, undelivered, or overall just not what you expected, and you’re entitled to your money back if you ask us within 14 days of your purchase.


If any of the below points apply to you in any way, and you want your money back, please fill our refund form below with your details and we’ll happily refund you on your order(s).


Refundable

  • Undelivered/incomplete
  • Taking over 12 hours to process
  • Lower quality than advertised
  • Services dropped significantly (over 30%)


Warning: We ask that you don't start disputes without reaching out to us first. We have a laid back refund policy as long as it's not abused. We will side with you most of the time and either refund your order or your funds fully.


If we suspect that you have been abusing our refund system, we’ll simply ban your account after refunding you, and you will no longer be able to use our systems in the future.
